Helga Davis’ podcast Helga is about the intimate lives of creative people as they share the steps they’ve taken along their path. Helga’s conversations are proper ear balms and I particularly loved the episodes with Kara Walker, Jason Reynolds and the two-parter with Arthur Jafa (do I mention the work of Arthur Jafa most weeks? hahaha). In the remote chance that you’ve yet to view Jafa’s Love Is the Message, The Message Is Death (2016), above is a clip. The film is not currently on view, but do see it if it crosses your path.
